Whether you choose either a full or half-day, i will be in touch to make the workshop suit your individual requirements. We will cover any aspect from working on your compositional process, to utilizing the light and also camera setup and tweaking settings. Every workshop is tailored to you, and i welcome all levels of experience no matter how new or far you are into your photography journey.

Im assuming you are here to improve your woodland photography mainly but i travel within 1-2 hours from my base here in Marlborough, Wiltshire. So if you have a specific location in mind please ley me know and we can organise your workshop based around that location. The weather and the time of year will possibly dictate the location also.

The Woods

I offer woodland workshops for small groups preferably no more than 3, and 1-2-1’s. I am lucky to be only 10 minutes from two stunning woodlands, West Woods which is famous for its Bluebells, and Savernake Forest which is a very large forest and has so much to offer. Sunrises work well in both these woods for light and The Vale of Pewsey is famous for its heavy misty mornings throughout the year.

Pricing

Full-day 1-2-1 Workshop = £310 (£50 extra per person - limited to 3)

Half-day 1-2-1 Workshop = £180 (£50 extra per person - limited to 3)

What We Will Cover

• sessions will include image reviews with Photoshop and Lightroom on request

• Compositional techniques

• The use of filters

• Utilising the conditions and the use of light

• Basic camera settings

  Excluded

• Insurance (health, accident, and equipment)

• Accommodation (recommendations can be given on request if travelling)

• Food and drink (potentially a hot flask would be best)

• Suitable clothing, e.g. footwear, waterproof clothing if required and also a tripod
